Diplexer – 802858

Multiplexer – Diplexer

This multiplexed diplexer splits the signal between ports 1 and 2. Each channel performs differently and for this particular device we were able to adjust the channel specifications to meet good insertion loss and return loss. This particular device maintains consistent rejection and close to the passband cutoff points.

This diplexer is completely tailored to meet our customers specifications. The channel 1 insertion loss and return loss passbands are 1427 to 1980 MHz, while achieving a 1.1 dBa and 14 dB specification respectively. The rejection which is maintained on channel 1 is 2854 to 5940 MHz at 60 dB minimum. Channel 2 maintains the level of passband specifcations with 1.1 dB of insertion loss and 14 dB of return loss. The Rejection is also maintained to be 60 dB between 1427 to 1980 MHz. Due to the nature of multiplexers the rejection is also considered the isolation which separates the signal between the two channels. This separation makes the unit useful because it can then be a used as a single package versus two individual packages.

As with all of our Filters here at Bree Engineering the design is custom and tailored to the specifications of our clients. We are always striving to do our best to design, build and tune filters of any type.

Please see the attached Filter Test Data for the performance of the filter.
